Job description

What was it that brought you into the ABA field? Everyone has a story. For Autism 360, we saw an opportunity to change the world for children with autism. We are small, locally owned company focused on what matters most, the clients we serve.

What is it that keeps you in ABA? This answer is usually straight forward – the kids! Seeing our learners make progress toward their goals is the root of our mission. We have created an environment that allows you, the BCBA, to focus on the kids. Autism 360 has built a comprehensive support team to make sure that you and your team are set up for success every day.

At Autism 360, we do exactly as our name suggests. Our programs are designed to encompass the whole child, not just the ASD diagnosis. Our clinicians are committed to delivering the highest quality ABA therapy services and maintain the highest ethical standards.

Autism 360 is dedicated to our team and ensuring our workplace is a conduit for growth and innovation. We offer the best-in-class training and ongoing professional development and are dedicated to leading the way in ABA research.

We have clinics in five Greater North Carolina areas – University (Charlotte), Matthews, Conover (Space and Town Clinics), Hickory, and Shelby. We have opportunities available in each location and would love to speak with you!
