Responsibilities:
Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the provision of quality care.
Develop and implement behavior modification strategies and interventions.
Train and supervise behavior technicians and caregivers on best practices for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using technology for remote collaboration, data collection, and documentation.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours based on your availability and the needs of our clients.
The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location.
The pay rate is $50 - $55 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
