Golden Flower Behavioral Services, a POC-owned small business, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and individualized behavior analytic services to clients in the Portland Metro area.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating behavior-analytic principles and strategies
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Work directly with clients in their homes and community
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
- Participate in training, meetings, and evaluations as required
- Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of client information
We are looking for people who have:
- An active and valid BCBA certification
- Licensed in the state of Oregon (LBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, a valid DL, and auto insurance
