Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Golden Flower Behavioral Services, a POC-owned small business, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and individualized behavior analytic services to clients in the Portland Metro area.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating behavior-analytic principles and strategies
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with clients in their homes and community
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
• Participate in training, meetings, and evaluations as required
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of client information

We are looking for people who have:

• An active and valid BCBA certification
• Licensed in the state of Oregon (LBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation, a valid DL, and auto insurance
