Job Title:Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavioral Analyst at BehaviorCare
About BehaviorCare: BehaviorCare is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism in North Carolina.
Description:
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update regularly
- Develop behavior intervention plans
- Clinically review reports and session notes regularly
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven changes
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Coordinate with Program Manager for case quality
- Suggest individualized goals for family routines
- Provide parent and staff training
- Requirements include BCBA certification and North Carolina State License
- Experience working with children with autism is a must
