Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in training and supervising new Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), as well as providing consulting services to our organization. A key aspect of this role will be conducting supervisory hours for RBTs and BTs, particularly for at-home treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training for RBTs and BTs, including supervisory hours for at-home treatment.
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective behavior intervention plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for RBTs and BTs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Provide expert consultation to the organization on ABA best practices, program development, and quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance in all treatment and supervisory practices.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BCBA role.
- Proficient in ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in training and supervising RBTs and BTs, including conducting supervisory hours for at-home treatment.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
