Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and treatment activities
