BehaviorWorks is a provider of ABA Autism Intervention and Medicaid Waiver Behavior Support Services for the greater Indianapolis Area. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides best-practice applied behavior analysis services to families and individuals receiving services from BehaviorWorks ABA.
Salary:
$62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Job Requirements/ Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Minimum two years experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Current BCBA Certification in good standing
• Excellent oral, and written communication skills
• IN Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Able to learn and integrate into the technology support of the company
• Ability to meet the physical demands of therapy services (must be able to walk, run,
bend, lift, reach, stoop, and kneel and lift at least 35 lbs.)
• Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to
function adequately, so that the requirements of this position can be fully met
• Willingness to travel if needed for the position (25% of the time)
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Maintain a weekly minimum of 25 hours per week of billable consultation time
• Conduct parent training as described within the client’s treatment plan
• Conduct client consultation as described within the client’s treatment plan
• Conduct assessment, concurrent assessments, and treatment planning in a timely
a manner for insurance authorization and reauthorization
• Submit billing daily for sessions rendered
• Supervise RBT therapy meeting the minimum criteria of 5% and 10% per client
• Conduct consultation within the BehaviorWorks therapy system, integrating your
knowledge of ABA and program modification to achieve treatment goals
• Develop social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and self-help skills that
are socially significant to the client
• Develop effective behavior reduction programs using the least restrictive mean
• Consistently implement physical intervention strategies for the safety of the client
• Assist with interpreting and communicating with clients who are non-English speaking if
you have any abilities regarding the client’s language
• Accept specific feedback from the company on performance
• Keep to appointment times and maintain your scheduled time
• Adhere to high standards of professional behavior, including behavioral discussions
grounded in scientific and professionally derived knowledge
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with the guidelines for responsible conduct
and all applicable legal regulations
• Adhere to the Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts issued by the
Behavior Analysis Certification Board ("BACB"),
• Comply with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of
behavior analytic services
• Report any abuse and neglect in the protection of children and adults with developmental
disabilities, as required by law
• Keep current all licenses and certifications applicable to behavior analytic services,
including but not limited to BCBA certification and any required by federal and state laws
