We are currently seeking a Blue Yonder WMS Consultant - Remote to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support within Blue Yonder JDA WMS as a Functional user for Application Support
• Interface experience is a plus with the SAP ERP system, forms within JDA
• Working with appropriate teams and business units as needed
• Training and working closely with users, understanding changes being made and implementations going live
• Creating documentation for the knowledge library and having approval by SME in order to publish/share with end users
• Consistently tracking issues/patterns with incidents to work with appropriate teams for resolution

Requirements:

• Overall, 6+ years of relevant experience in Blue Yonder WMS support role
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional listening abilities and detail-oriented
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Advanced organizing and planning skills to oversee client deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Blue Yonder experience
Work Timings:
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST (flexible as per account requirement), Monday to Friday
