HOURS: Monday - Friday: 2:00-6:30 pm after school with possible increased hours on non-school days & Summer
PAY RANGE: $18.90 - 21.00 per hour

As a Teen Coordinator, you will be joining an incredible team of fun, caring and passionate staff working to help all youth achieve success. The Teen Coordinator:
- Provides safe and healthy spaces for youth
- Is asset based and youth driven
- Fosters the development of positive relationships and social skills
- Sets high expectations for growth and learning
- Is an advocate and conducts outreach for teen members
- Develops a recruitment and retention program for 6th-12th graders
- Encourages members to participate in a variety of program areas, activities
- Oversees proper record keeping and reporting including activities, events conducted, and grant implementation, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements and any issues that arise
- Develops partnerships with parents, community leaders, and organizations
- Conducts tours and hosts club visits and/or community events
- Must be 21 or over
