Opportunity – BisTrack/Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist
Location: Flowery Branch, Georgia
Salary: based on experience

Contract Lumber is looking for a BisTrack/ERP Specialist that will collaborate with business users and management to provide support, training, and process improvement. A background in the construction industry is preferred, but not required. This position will require travel approximately 25% of the time and may require flexible hours and weekend work based on business needs.
Day to day:
  • Administer, support, maintain, and update the ERP System (BisTrack)
  • Establish ERP needs via process review with business units.
  • Write custom SQL queries and Crystal Reports as required to provide Business Intelligence.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new business processes to maximize ERP utilization.
  • Design, test, and implement new technologies and policies within the network to provide improved business intelligence and streamline current processes.
  • Monitor/evaluate ERP performance. Plan and implement necessary changes to improve/resolve issues.
  • Provide Helpdesk support.
  • Misc. duties as assigned.

Skillset:
  • Great attitude and a team player.
  • 2+ Years experience as an ERP Specialist in a related industry
  • Microsoft Windows Server/Client knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a large variety of users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work and coordinate with other team members on projects.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds as required for hardware installations.
