Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is looking to hire seasonal Biscuit Baking Production Team Members for our Production Bakery in North Charleston, SC. This position will work approximately 40 hours a week with some overtime through the end of the holiday season. You have the opportunity to go from seasonal to full time in January.

The Biscuit Baking Production Team Member at Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is responsible for producing biscuits, cheese crisps, biscuit crackers, and other products from start to finish. This includes baking products to sealing and packaging finished product for inventory, shipping, and distribution while adhering to food safety and quality procedures. This position may also assist with executing catering orders and work in other parts of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Love for biscuits and other Southern specialties
- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow recipe directions
- Communication is key
- Able to handle fast paced environment
Food service or bakery experience would be a plus, but don't worry, we will train you!
WORK SCHEDULE
The production facility is open 7 days a week and it's expected that this role will work 5 days a week.
