Party Host - *Tipped Position*
Duties:
- Interact with and entertain children during parties and events
- Coordinate and facilitate party activities, games, and crafts
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all party guests
- Provide excellent customer service to Party Hosts and guests
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of party areas
- Handle cash transactions for party payments and tips
- Serve food and beverages to party guests, if applicable
- Maintain a clean and organized party environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a professional setting
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to manage and coordinate events, ensuring smooth execution
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- Knowledge of food service safety guidelines, if applicable
