Now, we are looking for this same type of drive and entrepreneurial spirit in individuals as we develop our Retail Team at our new Garden State Plaza location, which will be opening mid-November. We are looking for top performing salespeople who can speak passionately about our brand to drive our sales.

Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associates will be responsible for applying selling techniques and building strong relationships with all our customers. They are responsible for day-to-day activities including (but not limited to) customer interface, sales execution, inventory upkeep, and maintaining visual standards. birddogs strives to create the most valuable and worthwhile experience for all of its employees, so Sales Associates have the opportunity to learn from and closely support management/corporate through projects and initiatives in the brick and mortar arena.

Qualifications

Retail Sales Associates at birddogs are highly personable, innovative, energetic, and organized individuals. They are excited about being an integral part of the growth of birddogs Retail. We are looking for someone who fully understands and appreciates the importance of our customers' happiness, and are willing to get innovative to ensure the customer has the best shopping experience possible.

• Incredible communication skills, both verbal and written. We are looking for an individual who is eager to engage and connect with customers. Sales Associates are able to clearly express needs to management and effectively communicate with team members.
• A highly motivated and competent individual. Sales Associates have deep and extensive product knowledge that they can readily share with new and returning customers. They are proactive and possess a go-getter personality.
• A team player. At birddogs, collaboration, compassion, respect and supporting your team is at the heart of who we are and the culture that we will always uphold.
• Excitement about the birddogs brand as a whole. Sales Associates are ambassadors of the brand, and they are the windows to the brand. They must exhibit passion for birddogs in all interactions with customers.
• Prior retail and sales experience strongly recommended.
• Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus.
• There are openings for part-time and full-time positions in this role.
