Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11pm. Weekend work available.
Position Summary:
The Sheeter Operator will work the Bindery Machine Operators to assist in completing assigned projects that can include set-up, teardown, cutting, stitching, folding, stripping, or other general Bindery tasks. These individuals will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to develop and grow by learning operations of all Bindery machines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Experience with sheeting equipment Tecnau preferred
- Experience in a bindery setting preferred
- Must be able to read English and understand basics of job tickets
- Able to work overtime as necessary
- Able to work in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Able to function independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skill and attention to detail
- Good problem resolution skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting about 95% of the time.
- Work in an office setting about 5% of the time.
- Sedentary/sitting for about 5% of the time
- Walking and standing about 95% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on occasion.
