BIM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all BIM-related matters with clients and fellow consultants.
- Oversee all document issuances, encompassing graphic review, digital signature application, and
compilation of drawings.
- Establishing and upholding documentation standards for the firm.
- Developing and managing Revit Templates and Detail Libraries.
- Manage subscriptions and licenses for additional software utilized by the firm, such as Carrier HAP
and scheduling plugins.
Qualifications:
- Experience within an Architectural or MEP Field
- Minimum of 5 years of Revit/BIM management experience
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Revit templates
