SalaryDealership Billing & Title Clerk
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Billing and Title Clerk. Billing and Title Clerk will perform traditional accounting duties related to monthly accounting close.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Record care sales and transactions
- Prepare payments to customers and vendors
- Record titling transactions in the courthouse “RTS” computer systems
- Title vehicles, issue plates and register the vehicles
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Maintenance, reports, and answer questions from management
- Special projects as assigned
Education and/or Experience
2 years of automotive accounting experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)
