You will provide functional solutions on the Zuora platform. It includes activities such as: version upgrade, system maintenance, enabling new subscription models, using out of box capabilities/custom extensions. You will be working with Zuora Order Management, CPQ/CPQ-X, Subscription, Billing & Payments modules, to enable a frictionless customer journey. You will partner with Lead Architects, Sr.Business System Analysts, and other non-engineering teams to deliver functional solutions.
About the Team
You will be a part of the Shared Services Engineering team, working as a Business Systems Analyst with an impactful and highly motivated team of lead BSAs, Architects, and Engineers. This is a highly visible and critical role, reporting to the Head of Delivery – Quote to Cash, offering the chance to be a change agent for business processes and systems transformation.
What we’re looking for
Experience working on: Customer Accounts, Product Catalog, Order Management, CPQ / CPQ-X, Subscription Management, Billing and its integrity with the Quote to Cash flow.
Experience implementing scalable, cost effective, business capabilities in Zuora, create/modify workflows to meet the business needs.
Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to business and IT stakeholders.
Experience with Zuora Order Management, CPQ/CPQ-X, Subscription, Billing & Payments modules.
Experience with functional solutioning to meet business needs: Customizations, Workflow change recommendations, configuration setups & system integrations.

Minimum:
$106,500.00Maximum:

Anticipated Position Close Date:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
