Billing Analyst
Geller seeks a highly motivated, team-oriented and results driven professional to work within an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a business facing opportunity and will be integral in enhancing and implementing current process improvements.
Your Impact:

• Responsible for coordinating the client billing process for an assigned group of managers
• Invoice preparation and distribution to clients and/or internal client relationship managers
• Accurate and timely application of cash receipts and lockbox deposits
• Responsible for the proper set up of new clients to ensure billing is accurate and in accordance with the terms of the engagement letters
• Collaborating and interacting with the business and Corporate Finance team members to follow up on outstanding items as necessary to complete the monthly billing process
• Assisting with booking various accruals for the monthly close
• Ad-hoc requests and special projects

What you'll offer:

• 2-3 years of experience in billing and/or corporate accounting
• Detail oriented nature with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
• Aptitude and experience using MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience with V-Lookups and PivotTables

The base salary range for this position is:
$72,000 - $88,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
