Job Summary
The Billing Analyst will be responsible for clearing all tax errors for tickets that become stuck as they push up from our front-end systems, daily invoice runs, and third-party invoice billings. This individual will process invoice adjustments and will be cross-trained in all areas of the Billing Department. This is a fast-paced position in which deadlines are a major factor, thus requiring a candidate who can multi-task, is well organized, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Clears tax order block
- Generates invoice runs, third-party billings, and non-core billings
- Processes invoice adjustments
- Monitors and clears errors in SAP related to orders that upload from front end system; works directly with our plants and other departments within our company
- Pulls credit card authorizations and verifies that there are no unresolved errors; reports errors to A/R
- Member of month-end team
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Education
Associate's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of business experience in lieu of degree
Requirements/Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in billing or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP experience
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
