Bill of Lading Clerk

Transglobal Door in Upper Sandusky, Ohio is currently looking for a Bill of Lading Clerk for the Upper Sandusky location for the Shipping Department.

HOURS ARE 8 AM TO 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry and process invoices
- Answering phone calls
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Scheduling Trucks
-Writing up Bill of Ladings for shipping
-Scheduling FedEx and UPS pickups

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using office software, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
