About our Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced professional for a Teller position. The Teller is responsible for following established policies, procedures, and Mission strategy. The engaging individual will provide members with a variety of service functions including processing deposits and withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, and general account inquires. The attentive candidate will also be responsible for signing members up for Credit Union convenience products including direct deposit and eServices, and making referrals to the Member Service team for additional products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must read and speak Spanish fluently.
- One (1) year cashing handling and customer service experience in a financial institution or retail organization required.
- Ability to meet and/ or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
