MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING a 3rd shift Bilingual Team Lead in the Lafayette, Indiana, area!
3rd, 10pm - 6:30am
$18-20 / hour
**Must be flexible to work OVERTIME as needed and have the ability to work 10 hours per shift**
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Problem solving, attention to detail, ability to lead teams
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Review and set PMs, order materials and parts
- Create and maintain file system (electronic and hard copy)
- Verify accuracy of operation and maintenance manuals
- Communicate with management (both MIS and customer)
- Set up scheduled reports
- Follow through with all work updates with management
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Team Leadership EXPERIENCE
- Verifiable Team leadership skills of 3+ years
- Bilingual - Spanish is required
- Background check and drug testing is required
Physical requirements:
- Frequently: Walk, Stand, Stoop, Bend, Climb ladders, Hand-Eye coordination.
- Occasionally: Climb stairs, Heavy lifting (50 – 100lbs), Standard lifting (25 – 50lbs), Light lifting (1 – 25lbs), Hand tools.
PPE Requirements: Must wear
- Hard hat
- Steel-toed or Composite toed shoes
- Safety glasses
- Ear plugs
Dress Code: Steel toe shoes, Jeans with no holes, Plain t-shirt
Work environment: Can work in a changing temperature environment (Hot/Cold)
