We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team!
What you will be doing
- Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
- Screen and direct phone calls, maintain the telecommunication system, and greet and direct visitors.
- Handle mail and packages, coordinate meetings, and manage conference room schedules.
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for building maintenance and equipment service providers.
- Set up work areas for new employees, maintain telephone extensions, and support IT issue resolution.
- Assist in coordinating company events such as the Summer Outing, Holiday Party, and other special occasions.
What you will bring along
- 3+ years as Administrative Assistant and Receptionist
- Robust work ethic and schedule flexibility
- Typing speed: 50WPM+
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, scheduling, and calendaring
- Skills in event coordination
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in customer service principles and processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
