Moderator Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare the focus group session: Design the discussion guide, and organize event logistics.
Create a safe and comfortable environment for participants: Cultivate a space where participants feel comfortable sharing their opinions and experiences.
Guide the discussion in a smooth and productive manner: Ask open-ended questions, encourage participation from all members, and maintain focus on relevant topics.
Maintain neutrality and objectivity: Avoid expressing personal opinions or biasing the discussion.
Take detailed notes and prepare a focus group report: Summarize key findings, identify recurring themes, and provide recommendations.
