Financial Services Organization headquartered in Miramar, Florida is seeking flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated remote Bilingual (Spanish) Authorizations agents to join their customer service team. This national call center is responsible for all risk assessment and check authorization processes in order to maximize our merchant’s and company’s productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take calls from merchants
- Effectively negotiate on company’s behalf executing directives from management with merchants accounts.
- Achieve and sustain productivity standards.
- Maintain compliance with company/department guidelines and policies.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and motivational sessions.
- Analyze large volumes of payment data from multiple reporting sources in order to identify compromised points of purchase including merchant location and duration of data risk.
- Perform related tasks as directed.
- Analyze the risk to the company of customers not paying for goods and services.
- Review risk factors to minimize or eliminate risk to the company.
- Analyze risk factors that may affect transactions such as environmental impacts, system breakdowns, & fraud.
- Evaluate historical financial data to forecast transaction viability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School or GED graduate.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Motivated, high energy, results oriented individual.
- Either 2 years of direct customer contact experience in a retail environment or 1 year in a call center environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and/or prioritize when appropriate in a fast paced work environment.
- Capable of working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry experience, min 40wpm.
- Strong planning and time management skills in a fast paced and dynamic environment
