Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in a fast-paced call center environment. If you are fluent in English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- answer calls and provide them with program information
- Assist customers in finding the right program to meet their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in call center sales is preferred
- Debt relief sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Credit and how it works
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
