Bilingual Rehab Services Representative

Looking for an experienced professional, reliable, and efficient person that can provide exceptional customer service and care to all our patients!

Must Speak Spanish & English. Work hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information
• Maintains log of inquiries
• Checking patients in and out
• Assisting new patients in filling out paperwork and entering their data
• Rescheduling/confirming appointments
• Enhances reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Utilize time efficiently and effectively to meet productivity requirements
• Performs a variety of routine typing assignments
• Duplicates materials as requested; sends messages and documents electronically
• Maintains and updates files, records, and/or other documents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Medical office or scheduling experience, preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
• Must have great customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• 1 year Healthcare Experience, Preferred

Other Skills, Abilities and Requirements:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish Required
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Can maintain and upkeep records
• Data entry skills
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
