Job Title: Contract Technical Recruiter - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Remote, Denver, CO.

Compensation: $60,000-$100,000 Uncapped Commission

Core Block is looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Commission-Based Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and placing top-notch candidates with their respective opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your sourcing expertise to identify and attract top talent.
• Assess candidates initially for alignment with their specific opportunities.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates+ to the respective hiring managers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of strong sourcing experience in recruiting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
