SalaryPlaintiff law firm with a workers comp and personal injury practice seeks a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Receptionist - Intake Coordinator. Looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, highly motivated with excellent customer service skills. Position is FT and on-site at our Wakefield, MA office.
Responsibilities include: Answer phone, obtain information from potential new clients, welcome clients and visitors to office, schedule appointments, copy/scan documents, enter notes in case management system and provide general administrative support in office and filing.
Qualifications: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish, must have exceptional customer service skills, be proficient using MS WORD, must have strong interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients, court staff and insurance claims department staff. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience receptionist/front desk work. Must be able to work well in fast paced environment and multi-tasking. Must be able to work independently and have good time management skills. This position involves a lot of telephone work, scanning/filing, data entry and general office support. Ideal candidate will enjoy working with the general public in a high-paced, professional office.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
