We are a Columbus-based immigration law office. We are expanding our team and currently seeking to hire a Bilingual Receptionist to work full-time. Proficiency in English and one of the following languages is required: French, Fulani, Soninke, Arabic or Spanish
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of office experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel (the ideal candidate will be somewhat tech-savvy);
- Passion for helping immigrants.
Duties:
- Greet and assist onsite clients
- Plan and schedule appointments and events.
- Answer and track inbound telephone calls.
- Perform general secretarial functions (scanning, mailing, copying).
