YOUR ROLE
Responsible for supporting continuous improvement through company non-conformance analysis, reporting and corrective action. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improving product quality and process efficiencies to ensure the company maintains a robust Quality Management System and maintains any external certifications. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the receiving and storage of MITG products that has been sterilized but is awaiting approval to be released for distribution.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for receiving and storage of unreleased MITG products
- Process to transfer the product into Memphis-Airways Active DC after release
- Coordinates as needed with the CEVA’s receiving clerk to have the load spotted in the Unreleased Inventory Storage Area (UISA) receiving door
- Provide the correct Unreleased Inventory Form (ULIF) to the CEVA’s receiving teammate
- Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of the contract’s work instructions and flow charts
- Assist the Quality staff and workforce with the corrective action process
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
- Accurate typing and/or data entry skills
- Basic math skills
- Balance team and individual responsibilities
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines
- Must have knowledge of Quality Control processes in a regulated environment
- Analytical, self-starting, creative, detail oriented, and highly motivated
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Truck
Minimum:
- Associates Degree
- Experience with receiving regulated products into a facility
- Able to operate Power Industrial Truck
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Quality Assurance/Quality control System 3 years experience (primarily ISO13485 or 21CFR820)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
