As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. Your duties will include:

- Providing excellent customer support by assisting clients and visitors
- Proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Typing correspondence and reports
- Duties including answering phones and directing calls
- Performing general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinating projects and ensuring timely completion
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Transcribing notes and documents accurately

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in proofreading and attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with front desk operations
