Bilingual Mobile Associate - Retail Sales - Minneapolis Area

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Conduct technical sales by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

Experience:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
