Job Description:
Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
• Demonstrate bilingual (English- Spanish) skills in translation, grammar, and spelling
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
• Focus on detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that enable quick identification of root cause and the ability to effectively bring to resolution
• Possess good organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills with other team members and outside department
• Possess the initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal directions
• Ability to analyze and abide by established processes
• Ability to meet attendance, overtime, and other reliability requirements of the job.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Linguistic field.
Experience requirements:
• Translation experience: English – Spanish
• Unit Testing experience
• Proofreading experience
• Knowledge of medical and/or health insurance terminology
• Strong project coordination and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
