Responsibilities
•Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within our scope of the firm while helping the caller feel heard and understood
•Monitor calendar and schedule appointments
•Greet clients and potential clients
•Scan supporting documents
•Input new lead's information into file database and case management software
•Facilitate with intake process
•Process incoming and outgoing mail
•Update the team with weekly intake reports
•Assist with billing and accounting
•Assist with the firm's social media accounts
•Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
•Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Background in immigration is preferred but not required
•Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
