SalaryDuties and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience working in CNC manufacturing environment. Machining experience required
- Excellent knowledge of CNC programming
- CNC machine experience to assist in set-ups.
- Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations.
- Supervising crew while multi-tasking projects and resolving issues.
- Willing to work in a high demand setting
- Proficiency using Gibbs and/or MasterCam.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must work on the shop floor (in machine shop)
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Must be able to order any tools the crew may need.
- Must be able to maintain open communication with shop owner, crew, and clients at all times.
- Identifying opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency during Machining Process.
- Must be willing to stick with the company and grow alongside it. (Spindletop is seeking motivated employees who would like to take part in helping us grow and improve.)

Work Hours: M – F 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some Saturdays – 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
