Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients to our Insurance Agency by building personalized solutions for their Auto, Property and Life Insurance.
Most of the interactions are done through phone calls, but we also give them the flexibility to communicate through email, text, video calls and in person.
We will ask you to prospect for new customers by making phones calls, getting referrals, going to events and up selling existing customers. But we also have a solid Marketing budget for you to receive a great flow of incoming prospects looking for Insurance.
Additionally, we encourage you to network with potential business partners such as Realtors, Lenders, car dealerships, and expand your professional connections through social media.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we require fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling you to connect with a broader customer base.
Prior sales experience is also highly valued, as it equips you with the skills needed to excel in this fast-paced environment.
It's fundamental to show a positive personality, be coachable and self driven.
Lastly, you will need to acquire a Property & Casualty License if you you don't have one yet. Also a Life & Health License is required later down the road to offer Life Insurance Products.
