Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative

Rosa-Alvarez Allstate Insurance Agency of Houston, TX is hiring for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

· Bilingual in Spanish & English is required

· Property & Casualty license is required.

· At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is required

· Life & Health license is a plus

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

· Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
