Responsibilities
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice.Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to individual client requirements and provide them with the best coverage options.Policy Renewals: Assist clients with the renewal process and make necessary updates to their policies.Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.Bilingual Communication: Utilize your language skills to effectively communicate with clients who prefer to conduct business in their native language.Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.Continued Education: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of Texas or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.Customer-Service Focus: Strong customer-service skills and a genuine desire to help clients find the best insurance solutions.Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing policy information and client documentation.Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
