Job Title:Bilingual Installation Supervisor
Location: Denver, CO 80238
Days: Monday- Friday, (occasional Saturdays )
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:O0 PM
Pay Range: 45,000 -55,000
Our compensation structure is based on market, skills, and experience along with other key factors. Please note candidates will be evaluated on these factors to determine actual pay. Total compensation can be larger when factored in with benefits, bonuses, or commissions if applicable.

What you will do:
The Installation Supervisor oversees the assignment process for subcontractor work orders and enforces quality assurance. The essential functions of this job require this person to be bilingual (English and Spanish). The job duties are performed at the company’s location or in the field, not remotely, as the General Manager may direct the Install Manager to oversee the flooring inspection (QA) process.

- Assess flooring issues and determine the appropriate labor charges that apply
- Creation and implementation of a recruitment strategy to build the pool of local, subcontracted flooring installers.
- Assignment of work orders to subcontracted flooring installers, and overall management and coordination of projects assigned.
- Confirm that required paperwork is submitted daily by subcontractors.
- Reviews subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and performing corresponding data entry.
- Ensure warranties are completed daily.
- Ongoing collaboration with internal departments.
- Communicates with subcontractors to resolve any work order or on-site customer issues.
- Directly supervise all of the employees in the installation department.
- Resolve issues with previous day’s work orders through discussions with subcontractors, the operations staff and / or with the sales staff.
- Negotiate subcontractor labor rates as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is required.
- Understands how to recruit subcontractors.
- Prior experience dispatching / assigning work to subcontractors is preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge of flooring products or flooring installation.
- Technology savvy, able to use computer-based business tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Office Word and Excel, etc.
- Knowledge with all types of flooring products is a plus but is not required.
