Bilingual Hvac Installer

HVAC Installer-

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join the Buenos Aires AC family! We are open to applicants fresh out of school who have obtained their EPA Universal Licensing, as well as experienced Installer.

Your job here at Buenos Aires AC will be to install units that we sell to our clients.

To Excel in the position, you will need to be:

• A multi-tasker
• Bilingual (Spanish) 
• Punctual - You will have windows of arrival between calls. If you get to your first job at the beginning of the window, it will make your day easier, and you will be more punctual to subsequent calls.
• A Team Player and Communicable- We are a team here at Buenos Aires. Everyone is professionally respectful of one another, and we all work together. We need to communicate to ourselves within our team to better service our clients.
• Customer Service Oriented - Our number one goal is to give our customers a great experience so that they continue to use us in the future. We want to keep our clients. Always treat the customer with respect and understanding.
• Trainable - We continually train our technicians so that they are the best. You will need to be able to accept constructive criticism to improve on your skills.
• Able to follow procedures - Everything in the company will have a procedure. These will be easy to learn procedures that will be written down for your reference.

Working Hours:

A typical work week is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

However, you may need to start earlier and/or work longer hours depending on the size of the install you are working on. Summer will be the busiest time of the year.
