Golden opportunity for a Bilingual HR Manager!
Role is on-site in Camarillo.
$100-130k/year
Must be Bilingual - English & Spanish.
Manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Responsible for the overall administration of employee relations matters including, benefits/compensation administration, recruiting, workers compensation administration, record and file maintenance, union relations including assisting in contract negotiations, grievance resolution, record keeping, job bid, RIF administration and other activities. Initiating policy and procedures as deemed appropriate, new hire orientation, certification training records and all other related human resources matters. This includes administrating employee welfare/social activities such as, company lunches, holiday party, etc. Must stay up to date with all state and federal labor laws and pending changes.
