Job Summary
A Sales Representative at Taylor King Law is responsible for greeting visitors, clients, and potential clients both on the phone and in-person; coordinating the client intake process for the firm; and delivering the firm's On Your Side - By Your Side promise.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Interacting with potential clients by screening cases, assessing if we might accept a potential case, and presenting the firm's services to prospects;
- Understanding and maintaining a working knowledge of our case management software and case flow in order to assist callers efficiently;
- Efficiently adding leads to case management software from multiple sources: phone, email, web chat, in-person visits;
- Strategically following up on leads to convert them into clients;
- Coordinating client sign-ups both through e-sign or in person;
- Delivering our promise, “On Your Side, By Your Side” to clients, attorneys, staff, and providers
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
Experience: Preference will be given to applicants with sales and/or customer service experience; technology and software proficiency is critical. Demonstrated sales ability is a definite plus.
Computer skills: word processing/merged documents, spreadsheets, and databases (experience with Salesforce software is a plus).
Other skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), demonstrated commitment to customer service and time management. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment. Self-motivated.
