We are looking for you!
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be an integral part of our team. You will be the face of CADY’s customer support to our schools, students, parents, and studios across multiple states. If you have the willingness to exceed the customer’s expectations, a positive attitude, and love a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!
What will you do as a member of our Customer Experience Team?
- Respond to inquiries from parents, schools, students, and studios. These inquiries pertain to our processing, scheduling bookings/photoshoots, and pricing.
- Assist customers with purchases, retouching, refunds, and order tracking.
- Ensure the highest level of service, professionalism, and empathy on every call.
- Be able to multitask between phone calls, webform tickets, and navigate other systems.
- Provide minor technical support on how to log into our parent portal.

- High school diploma required. College degree preferred, or a combination of work and education.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Entry level 6 months to 2 year’s experience.
- Able to work as a team player and independently.
- Attention to detail, strong active listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge in Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm and alternating Saturdays.
