Position:Bilingual Customer Service/Retention Representative
Company: Fenix Protect (a subsidiary of Miramar Financial Holdings LLC)
Hours: Monday, 8 am - 5 pm (because success never sleeps!)
Starting Pay: $16 per hour (with bonus potential - because exceptional service deserves recognition!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience in both English and Spanish
- Implement retention strategies to keep our valued clients within the Fenix Protect family
- Provide top-tier Customer Service that reflects the excellence synonymous with Fenix Protect

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and writing proficiency)
