• Conduct administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, phone communication, and assisting walk-in customers.
• Provide excellent Customer Service in both English and Spanish.
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• No previous experience in insurance required.
