In Your Typical Day, You Will:
- Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items and any general mortgage information
- Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web and IVR
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Qualifications:
- 6 months Customer Service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
Additional Details:
- Hourly rate is $17.00 an hour
- Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
- Must reside within 60 miles from office location
- Comprehensive 6- week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
- Attendance required for the first 90 days of training is required.
- Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
- Work schedule after training will align with these business hours
