Three Rivers Community Action, Inc. is a non-profit agency providing economic opportunities that strengthen individuals, families and communities in southeastern Minnesota. The organization provides a wide array of Housing, Community Development, Early Childhood, Older Adult, Energy, and Transportation programs and services.
This full-time position is Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm (40 hours per week) and will be based in Faribault.
The starting pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills (spoken and written Somali/English) required.
- At least two years of work experience in a customer service role, successfully working in direct contact with the public.
- Associate Degree or equivalent technical training in business, administrative support careers, human services or similar program. In lieu of degree, an additional year of experience is desired (total of at least three years of relevant work experience).
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Video Conferencing. Proficiency with office equipment including multi-line phone.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage projects and tasks with multiple interruptions.
- Ability to travel to other offices as needed.
