RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's a typical day:

  • Punch that clock and check your inbox.
  • We kick start every day with a get-it-done attitude and daily communication to stay organized and focused.
  • Businesses don't rest, and neither does our team. If the phones are ringing, we're answering.
  • If you're not in the phone queue, you're probably taking care of customer questions and needs via email.
  • You'll know it all, from billing to troubleshooting.
  • Are detailed notes your thing? Great! Perfecting and escalating trouble tickets will be right up your alley.
  • Let's talk numbers and cash money on billing and collections inquiries. You are comfortable calculating on the fly and aren't shy about difficult financial conversations.
  • Check-in on our team matchups. We're always watching call volumes, scheduling completions, and business stats. If you're on top, the bragging rights are a coveted bonus.
  • Time for a team meeting, we'll go over process changes, market updates, and really home in on the customer experience.
  • Take some time to prepare for your weekly check-in. When you have your one-on-one, you'll be prepared to show off your got-it-done list and your ideas for what to tackle next.
  • Follow up with other teams; we work closely with engineering and tier two to give our customers the best possible experience. Being able to flow and translate between departments and teams keeps us all exceptional.
  • Check-in with your team to be sure you're finishing the day with no customer issue left unfinished.

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $17.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
Here's what we expect you to prove at the interview:
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • High organizational skills and the ability to multitask
