The Woodsman Company is looking for bike sales associates to join our expansion. We are a specialty outdoor store that has been serving our community for more than 38 years. Responsibilities will include assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing bicycles, as well as assisting customers with all their cycling needs.
We as a company strive to provide the best customer service and are looking for employees who are excited to help us provide it.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Assess customers needs to provide assistance and information on product features
- Troubleshooting
- Welcoming customers to the store and answer their inquiries

- Actively engage and share passion for cycling with customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
